Engineering Project Manager (Dept: Design & Engineering)

The Engineering Project Manager is responsible for planning and managing the project aspects of an engineering design and development program in accordance with Luxell Standard Operating Procedures. The Engineering Project Manager will act as the primary customer interface for all technical aspects and work closely with the Contract Manager to ensure customer requirements are being met throughout the duration of the project until the project transitions into production.

The Engineering Project Manager also interfaces with the Engineering Functional Managers who are responsible for the technical design and implementation and continuously monitor and report on the Project in accordance with the Engineering Project Management SOP.

Contract Manager/Program Manager

Provide contract and program/project management support for LUXELL Engineering design, development, manufacturing, shipping and follow-ups throughout the duration of the project.

The ideal candidate in this position will possess the skills, experience and knowledge required to be actively involved in the complete cycle of the proposal, from RFI to contract negotiations and implementation, including ROM (pricing) and proposals.

Knowledge, Skills, and/or Abilities Required: Knowledge of international trade regulations and government trade regulations, including ITAR,
FAR (Federal Acquisition Regulation) and CGP. Minimum two years as a Contract Manager and 5 to 6 years of program management.
